What My Top Dog Should Know About The Dog Cooling Pad:
Choose the size of your Dog Cooling Pad based on how your dog sleeps. If your dog lays flat, choose the larger size, if your dog curls up, drop down a size. We recommend adding a cover to protect the pad. The cooling pad soothes pain, swelling, discomfort and stress, as well as soothing other pet remedies.

Sizing & Care Tips:
|Small||Toy/Cat||11.8 x 15.7|
|Medium||Dachshund||15.7 x 19.7|
|Medium/Large||Cocker Spaniel||20 X 30|
|Large||Boxer||35 x 23.6|
|Extra Large||Great Dane||45 x 27.5|
The size of the pad reflects the actual size of the mat. A smaller dog can activate any size pad. Choose the size of the pad based on whether your dog rolls around a lot or not. The goal is to keep the dog on the cooling area.
To prevent your dog's nails from tearing the pad, we highly recommend using a cover for the pad. (Available separately). If the pad tears, use duct tape or a patch similar to a tire patch to fix it.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returned pads with scratches or holes.

Question & Answers
Have a Question?
The pad is full of wrinkles and will not smooth out? how do I fix it?
The dog cooling pad can have this problem if it's not stored according to the directions.
Placed in the white bag that it came with and not near heat.
If your cooling pad is within the sixty day warranty, please contact email@example.com for a replacement pad.
Is the gel material on the inside toxic?
The gel in the cooling pad is non-toxic. However, if a dog eats too much of anything, it will cause ill effects.
How difficult is it for dog to claw or chew through pad or extra cover?
Unfortunately, dog\'s can chew through just about anything. We can\'t comfortably say that the dog can\'t chew through the pad. The ingredients are non-toxic but too much of any foreign substance isn\'t good for any dog. As far as clawing, the dog cooling pad is rather resistant to puncturing through clawing but will show claw marks. We highly recommend getting the match cover with dog cooling pad.
Our Golden Lab, Jake, likes your cooling pad so well, we'd like to buy a second one to place in another of his favorite spots. You have quite a marvelous product here and it is a great aid in helping keeping Jake comfortable in his old age and thus keeps his panting to a minimum.
Love this product. Cools him down immediately
I bought the Medium/Large cooling pad for our beagle and he absolutely loves it. It's a great product to keep your pet cool in the summer heat. I am glad I made the decision to purchase this item. It was well worth the money. Also, the item shipped to our house within a few days. Amazing!
We ordered the "Cool Pet Pad" gel mat for Bailey our 9 year old Golden Retriever because she was recently diagnosed with multiple joint 'issues.' It seemed a little thin to us when we first saw it and we put it down where she usually laid. At first she didn't want to get on it, but after a short time and by putting a small treat on it a couple of times she now lays on it regularly. It appears to be done intentionally now and does not expect to be treated; she just lays on it because she must get some relief from it. Bailey and her folks rate it highly.
Bonjour cooled down really fast
